My name is Kiel Stampfli, and I am the Owner of Iconic Foundations. I founded this business in 2016 after over a decade of experience in the concrete industry.

Growing up on a small dairy farm near Blanchardville, Wisconsin, I learned that hard work and passion are two factors that contribute to operating a small business. The grueling tasks of milking cows and endless field work instilled in me invaluable lessons that continue to guide me today.

At the age of 17, I secured my first job in the concrete industry, primarily doing agricultural work. When I decided to start my own company, I had just about nothing except for the experience and love for the work. After approximately a year of navigating being a business owner, I began to experience significant growth. My initial focus was on constructing small patios and sidewalks, while gradually expanding my services to where I am today. 

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my 3 children and my wife. We currently reside outside of New Glarus, WI. Here is where I operate my business, while combining it with my initial inspiration, farming. I aspire to teach my kids about hard work in ways I learned during my upbringing, in hopes that one day I can pass on the family business to them.

My name is Logan Sweeney and I have been with Iconic Foundations for four years. I started with estimating, and then project management roles, to now directing all day-to-day field operations, start to finish project coordination and long-term strategic planning.

Being a small family-owned business, I will be your primary point of contact every step of the way from the initial bid to project completion and to close out. This allows us to deliver

clear communication, seamless coordination, and hands-on oversight to the projects general contractor or owner(s). In addition to managing daily job site operations, I am responsible for office operations, including scheduling, budgeting, client relations, vendor management, and financial

performance. With full accountability for the company’s profit and loss, I will work with you to offer value engineering ideas to keep your project within budget and see your concrete visions come to life.
